Our workshops vary. Some create sacred, soothing spaces; others are artistically creative and educational in tone. Some are designed for play. From meditation to charting your life with color and the arts, we include powerful exercises that support each individual while providing rich insights. Our goal is to promote personal truth and its resulting freedom and vibrance... a vibrance that extends outward to the rest of the world. Our workshops are facilitated by experienced professionals who care. We will customize workshops for you, too.
