Elizabeth Anne Phelps founded The Studio of One.  She has served in a wide range of capacities which has given her the creative tools to assist others and connect clients to excellent resources.  Published writer, speaker and certified teacher, certified Reiki practitioner and Intuitive, Elizabeth is winner of a 2004 Walter Spara Writing Award and a national award for youth programming. She speaks at symposiums for caregivers and organizations serving the elderly. 

Elizabeth has owned two successful businesses, been a generator for arts organizations, served as marketing director for established businesses, worked as a legislative aide and managed accelerated learning programs using the arts.  As an actor, she has worked in film, theatre, and commercial work for television, and has taught acting and presentation classes for twenty years. 

Credentials include Masters work in Educational Psychology and a Bachelor of Science in Sports Science, K-12 teaching certification, board services including YMCA, Pensacola State College Foundation, Camp-Ema-Chamee for Boys, Santa Fe Arts Initiative Grant Winner, Walter Sparra Writing Award, Published author, Member Screen Actor's Guild, AFTRA, Fairhope Writer's Forum, Boulder Non-fiction Writers.  

She is dedicated to the mind, body, spirit connections affecting the mysteries of being human and the well-being of individuals and the planet.
